2018 Style Inspiration From My 3 Favorite Bloggers
A new year means making new improvements, new goals, and finding new inspiration. Although I think I have pretty decent style, I know there are some things I'd love to add into my wardrobe this year. So, today I'm sharing with you my personal style inspiration from my three favorite bloggers of 2017.
Julia Engel of Gal Meets Glam
I have been following Julia for so many years now. She is known for her ultra feminine style and her love of dresses. She's always a constant inspiration for my own personal style especially for 2018 as I want to try to wear more dresses and skirts on a regular basis. I'm not sure why I engrained in my mind that dresses and skirts should be left for special occasions or church but I'd like to break this habit and let my legs out of their pant prisons. Whose with me?
I saw lots of leopard coats this past year and I definitely think I need to add one to my closet. I love Julia's here because of how streamlined it is.
This is a perfect example of why I love her style. She took an all black outfit and made it very feminine by styling this ruffle cuffed blazer, which is way more exciting than your average blazer.
Another leopard coat that takes this causal outfit to the next level!
This was one of my all time favorite looks from her in 2017. I'd love to add some trousers into my wardrobe to elevate an everyday look.
I love skirts and yet I only own two! I love the flare at the bottom of this skirt and how she styled it with the over the knee boots.
This look is a great example of wearing a skirt for an everyday look.
Using this photo as my summer inspiration! I already have shoes very similar to these and what screams summer more than gingham?
Julia loves midi and maxi dresses and seems to pull them off so well in an array of different occasions. I love this more casual look styled with a hat. Something to know about me is I LOVE hats! I wish I had enough to wear a new one everyday.
This look seriously channels The Notebook if you ask me. All she needs is Ryan Gosling and some rain.

Amy Jackson of Fashion Jackson
I found Amy on Instagram last year and she has quickly become a favorite. Her style isn't as creative as Julia's, but I think Amy is the queen of neutrals. She usually stick to the same outfit formula of skinny jeans, heals, jacket, and simple top, and yet she looks SO chic! I like that her outfits are very attainable because every girl owns skinny jeans and black, white, grey, or tan tops and outwear.
Liz adams of Sequins and Stripes
Liz has been one of my standout favorites of the year. Mom of the CUTEST little boys Charlie and Jack, her style is very down to earth but fun at the same time. I think she has some of the best maternity style out there and I'm going to be copying lots from her whenever I am pregnant some day. Another thing I love from her are her Instastories, I never miss them! She documents random parts of her day, wrangling her two boys, walking her dog Webster, or goofing off with her husband Dave. If you haven't followed her yet, do so immediately!
Meet Charlie the cutest little boy in the entire world. Even Charlie has good style!
I love the body of this top and how easy it is to make fancy or casual.
Ruffles!! I have a feeling ruffles will still be very huge in 2018.
Midi skirts make me a bit nervous, but I love how she styled this one. Maybe this year I'll pull one off!
I've been really drawn to all white outfits recently and yet I haven't ever worn one myself (lol).
I love this whole outfit so much! I want to wear more heels in 2018 even if my feet hate me after.
These sailor pants are so cute and slimming. I really love this trend as well as the one shoulder look. I hope these are still popular this summer.
Liz always has amazing bags. I absolutely love her blush Gucci *insert a million heart eye emojis*
